It is Free to sign up for the premium version of IPTV Smarters, you will need to go to: https://www.iptvsmarters.com/

You then fill out your info on the following page and click “Complete Order”

After completing this step, you will see the following screen and receive an email to verify your email address, if you don’t receive the email verification after a few minutes, you can click on “Resend Verification Email”

The email you will receive will look similar to the following: (you need to click on “Verify your email address”)

It is recommended that you verify your email address but, you can move to the next step even without verifying your email address

The next step is to open IPTV Smarters on your device and follow these steps:

If you’re using a device such as Android Box, Apple TV, Firestick, Smart TV, or Windows device, you can set up your account on as many devices as you like but, you can only stream from one device at a time.

If your account is activated on a MAG Box or an STB Emulator, you can only set up your account on one MAC address.

Go on the switch user icon at the top right of the screen, click it, highlight the user you want to change/delete and long press using the big centre (ok) button, edit and delete should pop up.
